Brenda Harvey has been a painter and woodworker for over 25 years. She melds her love of exotic live edge slabs and resin to create amazing, one of a kind furniture pieces. These pieces of functional art will be the focal point of your home, office, restaurant or bar. The resin she uses is food safe, heat resistant up to 500 degrees and stain resistant. No two pieces are ever identical as each piece of wood has its own unique markings and shape. Custom orders are available upon request.

These two tables are being sold as a pair. They are upcycled plant tables. They are made from bamboo wood with a glass top. They were coated with a dark stain when I got them. I striped the stain to reveal the beautiful bamboo. I coated the glass tops in resin art in a transparent ocean wave theme. They are both 13.5"x14.24" and 17.75" tall.
Stackable Beach Themed Tables

Set of three stackable teak side tables. The tabletops have a beach scene done in resin art. This is done in three layers to achieve depth and dimension. After the resin is cured the tops receive a final coating of a 2 part hybrid coating giving them a satin finish that is more scratch and stain resistant than resin alone. The bases are distressed teak and are sealed with a hand rubbed oil in a satin finish. Pictures do not do these pieces justice.

The large one is 20" long x 15.25" wide x 21.75" tall

Labradorite Side Tables

Set of two upcycled side tables. Solid Wood with resin art on the tops to look like polished labradorite stone. The bases have been refinished with a black and charcoal chalk paint and waxed to a satin finish. They are both 23.5" x 26" x 26.24" tall. The resin art is done in the first layer. Once that layer is cured it receives a clear layer of resin. After that layer is cured it receives a layer of a 2 part hybrid coating in a high gloss finish which gives added scratch and stain protection. The final layer is a buffed ceramic coating.

Exotic Copper-Coffee Granite Table. This is an upcycled table. The original top was cut down to fit as a bottom magazine shelf and a new piece of wood was created for the table top. Both the top and bottom shelf are coated in resin art to mimic exotic copper-coffee granite. The rounds have a final 2 part hybrid coating on them which gives a matte-satin look and feel of real stone. The top has a chiseled rock face edge and measures 24" in diameter. The bottom shelf is 17" in diameter. The height of the table 27.5".

This jewelry box is created from a cigar box. It has been sanded and refinished. The top has a resin art finish on it to replicate labradorite stone. Will make a great jewelry or trinket box.

Flaming Box Elder and Black Resin Coffee Table

Coffee table made from live edge slabs of Flaming Box Elder Wormy Wood and black resin. This is a species of maple tree that gets attacked by beetles. The beetles eat tunnels through the wood causing a fungus in the wood. The tree sends out its own natural defense to the fungus which causes the red flaming. We spent days cleaning out all the tunnels with dental tools and filled them with resin. The table is sealed with 4 coats of oil buffed to a beautiful satin finish. The legs are 1" x 3" tubular raw steel sealed with wax. The table is 46" x 25" x 1.25" thick and is 17.25" tall. There is a matching side table available to make this set.
