Each one is unique due to the pieces used for the beach and how the ocean and waves turn out.

The first layer was the most opaque followed by a semi transparent then a transparent layer giving this piece incredible depth. It is a 3D painting containing trinkets gathered from New England and Florida beaches. There are pieces of driftwood, shells, stones, sea glass, porcelain, sharks teeth, and hundreds of baby Whelk shells washed up on the beach. The 3 crashing waves were done on 3 separate days giving them a realistic 3 dimensional look and feel. This painting was a homage to two beaches that are loaded with treasures that we pick at.
